Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

Article 8 - Payment and payment services for stores in the “Apple Pack” store:

Article 12 - Confidentiality of Information:

2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. Wabel Pack has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.

If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession.

Article 15 - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the “Apple Pack” store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to do so after the seven days have passed.

2. To retrieve the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the “Wabble Pack” store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.

4. In the event that the provisions of the said return policy are met; The consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product to the “Apple Pack” store with a refund of the amount paid.

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force at the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 - General Provisions:

4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the Shariah rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the transaction between Wabel Pack and the user.

5. This use agreement shall not be canceled except by virtue of a decision issued by the management of the Apple Pack Trading Corporation.
